We started our morning/afternoon with our learning table jobs.
This week the tables are:
- Roll a Snowman - subitizing (recognizing a number at a glance) and number recognition
- Label a Snowman - copying print/writing the first letter sound that they hear
- Coloring a mitten
- Journals - drawing/labeling about their weekend or their favourite thing to do
Today the students worked on a independent task that they will be taking home to show you. They worked a drawing of a family tradition and made sure to include a detailed a background, colors that make sense, some labels and context details. You will be receiving this by Thursday. They worked so hard on this!
The PM Kinders had both gym and music.

** Lost and Found
We seem to have a lot of mittens and hats go missing during the day... If your child happens to come home with the wrong pair of mitts or hat could you please send them back to school the next day so we can return them to their owner. There are quite a few items in our Kindergarten lost and found if your child is missing something.
Reminders:
- Warm Feet for the Street event at the school this Thursday from 6:00 - 7:30pm
- PM Kinders on Friday
